PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

Manuel Romero is a Founding Partner of Romero Rey Abogados, specializing in Commercial Law, Securities Market Law, and Administrative Law.<\/p>\n

State Attorney since 1998, on voluntary leave since 2004.<\/p>\n

As a State Attorney, he served as Deputy Director of Legal Services for the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) from 2000 to 2004 and in the Energy department of the Ministry of Industry. In the courts, he was assigned to the High Court of Justice of Madrid in both the criminal and administrative litigation jurisdictions.<\/p>\n

In 2004, he founded ROMERO REY ABOGADOS, a firm specializing in Securities Market, Commercial, and Administrative Law. Since its inception, he has participated in some of the most significant financial operations in Spain.<\/p>\n

His clients include some of the leading Spanish and multinational companies, especially in the financial and civil engineering sectors.<\/p>\n<\/div>
