PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

Lawyer specializing in corporate law, commercial contracting, M&A transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and corporate labor advisory. She has experience in both legal advisory firms and corporate environments.

Between 2021 and 2023, she participated in projects for the implementation of “Law 8/2021, of June 2, reforming civil and procedural legislation to guarantee support measures in the exercise of legal capacity,” in guardianship entities and associations for persons with disabilities.

During this period, she served as a speaker and lecturer in outreach conferences, including the Madrid Association of Mediators and UNIR, and collaborated in the design of legal services adapted to new legal requirements, ensuring that affected entities and individuals complied with the deadlines and demands established by the regulations.

Between 2023 and 2025, she led the in-house legal team of a pharmaceutical company during its diversification process into TAC laboratory activities.

She was responsible in her area for corporate restructuring and the acquisition of a manufacturing plant, as well as the comprehensive design and development of contracts for the commercialization of proprietary brand medicines and the full management of associated intellectual property registrations.
